Peter Thieme (graduate physicist) has taken over the position of Head of Research & Development in the management team of SiC Processing AG and will be responsible for the worldwide coordination of all projects concerning research & development in the SiC Group.
Peter previously worked at Qimonda (formerly Siemens/Infineon) in Dresden from 1995 to 2009, where he was the international head of a task force working on a range of CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) slurries.
